Generating thumbnails

Some of my videos will generate thumbnails and some will not--they are all the same format from the digital juice jumpback series--is there any way to force a thumbnail?  I have tried cycling the thumbnail generator on the settings window and nothing happens--this worked fine on my xp machine however I am now on Windows Vista platform.  Thanx

Re: Generating thumbnails
Opening and closing the cue window should trigger re-generation of the thumbnials. 3.4 has a different method for generating the thumbnails which is better.

Re: Generating thumbnails

"Available now! Step right over to the download page and download Screen Monkey version 3.4. Just follow the simple step by step directions, and you will be up and running in 5 minutes or less."

lol

It really was easy enough to install.

Step 1:  It is pretty clear when and if you need to update .net. "If you are running Windows 7, please skip this step."

Step 2: "Installing K-Lite Codec Pack (Optional)."  It gives the link.

Step 3: "Download the latest version of Screen Monkey for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7"

It's all there.

Rick
