What is the process for loading a dvd do I just drag the first vob file in

You can either drag the vob file onto a free slot or right click on a free slot and select DVD. You then need to navigate to the DVD directory which is normally "e:\VIDEO_TS". Any problems, let me know!

Have you installed the k-lite codec pack?

What other DVD playback software do you have installed on your PC?

At what point do you get this error?

Can you send the error log to support (at) screenmonkey.co.uk there is information in the help file on how to do this.

I have installed the k-lite codec pack   (klcodec400s)

Power DVD

I get the error when I click on the window in which I have loaded the dvd and I get the error on the primary or secondary monitor.

Error log has been sent
