d bar bottom of image clip

Hi there,

we're experiencing a small problem with image clips showing up with a red bar accross the bottom.....

the problem is solved when we use the new experimental render feature ...but we loose the the fade Effect.

can anyone suggest a solution.....perhaps saving the image in a format other than Jpeg?....

Standing by : )

Re: d bar bottom of image clip

Hi there,

we're still having some problems with this RED bar accross the bottom of the image clips....

I understand that the K-lite codec pack can help with video issues....but will it help out still Jpeg issues as well?

we're running SM thru and HP laptop running XP pro .....

does any SM user out there have anu suggestions as to what we could try to get things right?

As I mentioned in my previous post.... that the Experimental Renderer provided with SM....(WTP)....helps resolve the RED bar problem ...but we lose the Effects features fades and what not....ARG!....We are using SM in an upcoming production that goes into Tech rehearsals in the a day s time....so any help would be greatly a appreiciated..

PS A hats off to OlieWaits for all his awsesome work on this program....when it the little bugs are sorted I positive it will be what our Director ,techs, and audiences ... will love!

Cheers

Re: d bar bottom of image clip

Is your DPI set to 96, this has caused problems in the past.
