I have looked at this file and although it is supported in DirectShow it is not supported by GMFBridge. I have added into V3.4 a feature to drop GMFBridge support which allows seamless looping when playing video which are not supported. This now allows you to play the file you sent me.

You will either have to wait for V3.4 or remove GMFBridge which should allow the file to play.
