Reformatted pc, reinstalled everything... however this time.. the image from the pincale capture card we´re using isnt possitioned correctly. The image is too low.
I´m Guessing(???) that SM detects the fisrt part in the image and starts from there, I think its possible if found timecode at the top of an image and therefore has started from a false "top".
I´ve tried uninstalling and re-installing but this doesn not seem to remove all the user files etc.. so re-installing returns me to the last state I had... where are they stored?
And yes the capture card is working correctly in other led screen software, resolume and the pincale software.
