SM freezes when we go from powerpoint to powerpoint. We have to close out each powerpoint (click on the large X) each time and then open the next powerpoint. We are using version 3.5 but the same thing was happening with 3.0. Also our powerpoint is 2007 with Wndows XP.

There is no log of the event because SM totally freezes and we have to use the task manager to close it.

If we are doing something wrong let me know. We use SM for our VBS songs and it is a total bummer when this happens with a room full of kids.

I have seen this problem once before and in that instance a complete re-install of Power Point fixed the issue. Make sure you totally remove Power Point first.
