I have emailed a few GrandMA users for you to see if I can get the personality. You might want to contact GrandMA as I know they where working on a personality which supported CITP. As for ETC I have no idea. As for thumbnails, any desk that supports CITP will be able to show the clip thumbnail...

If you have the k-lite codec pack installed and configured correctly then you will be able to play most Quicktime files. I am not keen to include VLC in the software as it is notoriously unstable and not suitable for broadcast and live show applications. There is a VLC plugin floating around the ...

This sounds like a fault with the .Net Framework install on your PC. Have you run windows update and ensured you are installing optional fixes?

Have you completely uninstall Screen Monkey and then re-installed?
