I've just used Screen Monkey for the first time in a show to cue up audio stings and was really impressed, so much so that I would like to use it more for all my events. However, I can't seem to get videos to load into the dashboard. I've loaded the k-lite codec pack as first requested and have tried dragging and dropping, loading the long way round, different clips, different file types but nothing works. I have installed SM on to 2 laptops now in the hope that it might be a hardware problem (both win7 64bit) but neither will load or play... any ideas?

First, since you're on 64-bit Windows you need both the 32-bit and 64-bit version of K-Lite, and to get the settings right for Windows 7:

Does the clip slot remain an empty slot, or does it become a video slot with an empty thumbnail, which does nothing when played? The latter we might be able to help with, the former probably requires the special owaits touch :).
