I'm not sure if this has already been covered on a different thread and i've missed it but i'm trying to install version 3 on Vista 64-bit and the program stops working as soon as i load it.  is there a fix or patch available or does Screen monkey not work at all on Vista 64-bit?

Thanks in advance for any help

I did get an email from someone saying that it would not run on the 64Bit edition. You should have some information in your event log about why the program is failing. If you send the xml to me I will be able to look at it. Unfortunateley I have no way of testing on the 64Bit edition and I can not find an emulator.

I may have found a solution to this, I will try and upload a test for you to try in the next couple of weeks. I am realy busy with other things at the moment so not able to do it sooner.

You will find the information in the Windows event log. This can be looked at in Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Event Viewer you should find some entries labelled Screen Monkey. You can send them to support@screenmonkey.co.uk or use the Contact form on this website.
