I am trying out displaying songs. I have changed the font size (and font), but can only get the verse to fill just over half the screen before it automatically splits itself into two slides.

Is there a way of doing this?

Great program. I've come from using OpenSong.

What I mean is, is there any way for a slide to use more lines (and hopefully display the whole verse), rather than splitting it up, when it could have easily displayed the whole verse?

Hi Jonny

I understand exactly what you mean as this is a bug I have fixed in the next version. Until that is release I think there is no way to work around this. The next version is nearly finished though so hopefully you will not have to wait long. You could also join the beta testers and get the release straight away although you would have to be prepared for bugs.

You may be interested to hear that the next version includes a companion program which allows you to search the song database and create a list of songs for display. This makes it allot easier to setup service plans.

In fact allot of the new features in the next version make it much better at displaying songs.

That's great. Yes I'd love to join the beta testers. How do I do this?

I have developed a program to convert all my OpenSong to ScreenMonkey format. So looking forward to being able to use ScreenMonkey as my main song presenter.

I know this is an old post, but I was hoping that maybe you still were using the converter from Open Song songs to Screen Monkey.  Trying to type in all the songs to SM is frustrating.  Any help?
