I've been able to get transparent PNG files to work on my XP system, but not on Vista. Is that a known issue or am I doing something wrong? I tried to post under the transparency topic that was already listed, but there has been no response to my post from about 2 weeks ago. Anybody out there? Thanks.

I have been looking into this problem and last night found and fixed a bug. It appears that on Vista the transparency works on layer 3 but not 1 and 2. Try putting the clip on Layer 3 and seeing if it works. Somehow all my testing of this was with clips on layer 3.

This fix will be in 3.2.

Thank you for letting me know, it confirms the bug that I have fixed is the same one you are experiencing.

Will all be good in the next version.

 I've done everything said on this forum, but I cannot for the life of me get a song to be transparent on layer 3. Tried transparent PNG's as backgrounds too. Does it matter that I'm runnung Vista SP2?
