The complexities in supporting a popup window in Screen Monkey are huge and so I am not willing to do it for this special case. I think your best way forward is to contat the website and request that they deliver their content in a form you can more easily use in Screen Monkey. The player window does not need to open in a popup and it would be reasonably simple for them to make it open in the main browser window.

The screen capture clip is on the list and hopefully will be done at some point.

I am not willing to use chrome or Firefox in a clip plugin due to their instability. While I think they are great browsers which I use they do crash every 30min.
