You will be pleased to hear that both auto step and loop are features that will be in the next version. You can do these both with the new link feature which allows you to link clips together and set them to play automatically after a time or when they end. You can also use the link to link back to the start clip in order to loop all the clips, as well as link a clip to itself so it loops.

You do not have long to wait as Version 3 will be released on Monday.

A clip that displays a web page has been on my list for a while and would be fairly straight forward to do, I just have not got around to it. I will try and find time to do this and release it as a plugin.

I am struggling to see why it would be better to shut the PC down from Screen Monkey rather than some other software but I am sure you have good reasons. It is probably an indication that I have miss-understood your requirements. It would be great if you are happy to write a plugin to do this. I have not written an SDK yet but now you have requested this I will start work on it. It is relatively easy to write plugins. Once I have finished the SDK I will let you know.

It would definatly be easy to write a shutdown PC plugin, I am writting the SDK at the moment and should be finished soon.

A text clip is again something I have been meaning to do but have not had time. I need to do this though for a project I am working on so will have to do it soon. You can bizarly though have scrolling text, this is because someone else kindly wrote this plugin for me. So version 3 will have scrolling text but not static text.

You can definatly do a transparent colour as version 3 supports a single colour key. All you would need to do was make the background of the clip the transparency colour. As you also have layers you could just run the logo on a seperate layer. I will have a look at ways of supporting alpha blending, it would be realy cool :-)
