Hello. I have this error everytime the program is executed.
I have WinOS 7 with service pack 1.

I uninstalled the application, restarted, and reinstalled. Yet the problem persist. A fellow technician suggested to uninstall again and remove the Registry entries. I did it but after a week the problem ocurred again.

I'm facing the similar problem too.
At the beginning, only ~10% of chance to crash when executing SM software
But now, only remains less than 10% of successful rate...
It become really dangerous during live show.
