Hi, this is starting to be a nightmare for me.

Screenmonkey crashes (interface freezes) and when I close it, and restart sometimes everything is completely wiped.
And when I try to open the saved show I get "Not a valid Win32 application".

Any tips will be greatly appreciated!

It is unlikely that SM in itself will cause the PC to crash and freeze. You need to look at things like the codecs you have installed and the graphics drivers as these are more likely to cause a freeze in Screen Monkey. What are you doing when the software crashes? Is there a way to re-produce the problem? Can you send me you error logs?

The crashes is probably codec, and bad control from the magicq board, but the big problem is that I can't load saved shows.
When I was running under 32bit win7 this worked, but not on the 64bit.

The computer is out of my hands for now so I can't send any logs..

If you email a copy of the show that is not loading to support@screenmonkey.co.uk I will have a look at it.
