Got a little problem with the SM crashing on start up. SM encounter a problem and needs to shut down.
System XP Pro that is up to date, any ideas?.

Some people have reported that simply uninstalling the software and installing it again can fix this kind of problem. If not then have a look in the windows event log to see if it contains more information about the problem.
On the home computer, I uninstalled the program first then installed it. On the church computer, I just installed it.
When I go back Wednesday, I'll give it a try.
