Overlaying and fading bars doesn't work

Thanks for your effort and amazing sceenmonkey!

Screenmonkey is very powerful and useful for services and events in churches,
but I found difficulties after installation and also happened in my several notebooks and desktops.
The overlaying of 3 layers doesn't work and 3 layers can't be controlled by the fading bars especially on video clips and webcam live feed. Is the problem of my computers' configurations, e.g. display card or the clashing of some softwares?
I'm using Windows XP SP3. Would it be caused by the lower version of .net framework too?

Semi transparent effects such as fading out layers is not supported by XP. You need to have Vista or Windows 7 for these effects to work.

Thanks for your reply!
But I faced another problem in my personal computer (win 7 32-bit) now. When I run Easislides behind the Screenmonkey on 2nd monitor, the motions Easislides used would turn off immediately when one of the screenmonkey's layer turns on (even fading in from 0% to 1%... ) But it hasn't happened in my friends' computers and Easislides layer can merge with SM's 3 layers together (they used win 7 64-bit / win vista 32 bit respectively) and sometimes success but sometimes failure in my church's computer !

Again, do u think it's the problem of my computers' configurations, e.g. clashing of some softwares?
