I've been trying Screen Monkey for use with my local AmDram and have really liked it. However I have a bit of a problem when fading from an image into something else, the image will flicker before going into the fade. I get the impression that the image is being redrawn before going into the fade.

I haven't had any problems when the fade starts from something other than an image or with the other effects. I've tried different image types, re-install, drivers, resolution, closing background program, direct-x and checked .NET to no avail.

I'm running vista business retail. Anybody got any ideas?
