We tried pushing our sound/video computer forward to Screen Monkey 3.3. The new features are great, but now we have this problem where the videos pause randomly, showing a stop symbol in Screen Monkey. This happens with both MOVs and MP4 files. We rebuilt the same show in Screen Monkey 3.2 and all is working fine. Any ideas? No other software versions changed between the two setups, and we are using the latest Quicktime. The 3.3 problem persisted even with Quicktime uninstalled. That's why we created the MP4s, to test if it was a Quicktime problem.
